It’s funny, I’ve been having a love/hate relationship with doing these weekly Amplification Friday posts.
Fridays are my “wrap up day” where I do my best to tie up any loose ends from the week so I can disconnect from my biz and enjoy my weekend. Often times I finish early and get to go out and play once I am done.
Don’t get me wrong, I love being a Kick-Ass Life Coach! Helping people break free from their unsatisfying pre-packaged lives to create the Kick-Ass Life that they crave IS what I’m meant to do. BUT I also value you my play time and it is important to me to have as much as I need.
Since I’ve made the commitment to do this post every week, I have been feeling a bit of resistance to it, and in some ways it feels like something I have to do rather than something I want to do.
I know that this is the rebellious teenager in me! The one that says- “Don’t tell me what to do! I’m gonna do what I want” and sticks her tongue out at you.
I don’t let her run the show all that often, and when I actually sit down and write these appreciation posts, and bask in the juicy goodness from my week it feels awesome!!!
It’s like getting anchored into a new exercise routine. I have to convince myself to go at first but once I’m in it I remind myself how powerful of a practice it is and how awesome it makes me feel. Next thing you know I’m looking forward to it.
This week I have a lot of stuff to appreciate!
I’ve had an amazingly productive week work wise. I finished up the sign up page for the free call I’m offering – Connecting to YOUR Version of a Kick-Ass Life . I’ve also completed another giant writing project that I will be revealing to you in the next week or so. I can say that it is going to be AWESOME and KICK-ASS!
I’ve been feeling so clear and centered and my creativity is flowing freely.
I’m enjoying some wonderful , sweet moments with my amazing boyfriend. I’m enjoying him so much and am thankful for all the ways our relationship continues to grow and evolve.
I appreciate my amazing, fun friends and all the creativity that they bring into the world. We had a blast celebrating the wedding of two people who are dear to the community with music, good food, signing and dancing, some fire circle magic, and time spent on some very sacred land. It was beautiful!
Your turn- What are you appreciating from your week??
