The Most Important Question

Ruling your world is about deciding to feel good in all aspects of your life and taking full responsibility for making it happen.

You are the source of your experience. It all comes from you, your energy and perspective radiating out and interacting with the world around you.

You get to choose how you want to feel in your life, as long as you take full responsibility for how you feel.

What does this mean?

It means if you want to feel good, it’s your job to consciously look for things to feel good about. What you focus on expands. If you focus on things that feel good, you will experience more good feelings.

The most important part to remember…..Other people are not responsible for how you feel. It’s not their job to make you feel good, it’s all on you.

Sure, it may suck when your honey forgets to take out the trash (again!!!) or your boss yells at you, but your reaction to it is all about you and how committed you are to being upset or feeling good. Do you notice it and let it go or use it as an excuse to be pissed off all day?

Stop requiring your sweetie to act a certain way, or your boss to say all the right things, or your sales to go through the roof before you feel good. You have no control of the world around you BUT you can control how you respond to it.

Choose to feel good no matter what is going on.

WWFBDoes that mean you ignore all the shit? You pretend that nothing pisses you off and ignore your negative emotions?

Hell NO!!

Feel all your feelings and then ask yourself this all important question- What would feel better?

If you’re pissed off that your sweetie forgot to take out the trash again……acknowledge it. Then ask yourself what would feel better?

Perhaps taking out the trash yourself feels good, or ignoring it and trusting that your honey will get to it later, or reminding yourself that everyone is doing their best and letting it go.

As Ruler of your world, you choose where you focus your attention. Focus on what feels good.
