I’ve been hearing some feedback that concerns me, so I want to clarify something.
You don’t have to lose anything valuable in order to make a change in your life.
As I’ve been talking about Unleash Yourself!, some of you have expressed a concern that you’re afraid of losing everything you have created for yourself if you act on your desire to change things.
It goes something like this- You mostly like your life, but there are aspects that you want to expand on. You are worried that if you start changing things up, people won’t like it and you will lose everything you’ve worked so hard for.
Your fear is stopping you from moving forward into unknown territory, because you don’t know how to arrange it so that the important pieces stay solid while letting those things that are not important drift away.
Are you worried about this too?
There are some simple practices that you can do to ensure that you keep the things that are important to you while you expand into the unknown. Things like practicing appreciation for all that you want more of. You can also identify the things you are ready to release and shift your focus to what you want instead. What it really comes down to is the idea that what you resonate with will stick around.
If you’re really serious about creating effective change you can sign up for Unleash Yourself! and let me walk you through the steps to change what needs changing AND keep what you already like about your life.
Will you have to let some things go? Hell Yhea!
You can’t let something new in without letting go of something to make space for the new thing. But it can be the stuff you don’t like, the things that don’t serve you and the life that wasn’t meant to be yours in the first place.
That’s not so bad now is it?
